Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bini Beauty account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip to expedite your processing time.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
